Transfer a tested system into operating ownership
Environmental chamber handoff should record installation checks, agreed functional tests, documents, training, open items, and ownership. Manufacturer startup does not replace project-specific mapping, qualification, validation, or application acceptance.
Use the matrix below after the project scope and site interfaces are defined. The project decides the test method, limits, approving party, and required records.

Do not assume that an optional function exists because it appears in a checklist. Monitoring, chart recording, remote access, detachable tablets, alarm packages, and redundant operation are selected by configuration and project scope.

Startup is not qualification. Qualification is not validation. A completed matrix does not create a certification, compliance status, or approved result.
Open-item and training handoff
Before final operating ownership is assigned, record:
- unresolved installation or utility items
- test results and missing evidence
- approved drawings, manuals, settings, and component records
- maintenance tasks and spare recommendations within the agreed scope
- training attendees and subjects covered
- alarm response, escalation contacts, and after-hours ownership
- final acceptance authority and remaining due dates
Use project-approved documents and contract scope for the final deliverable list. Do not promise a universal Norlake Scientific handoff package beyond the agreed project scope.
