- What should I do when I receive my order?
- Check the delivery receipt against the number of pallets, boxes, or crates. Each piece should carry the same five-digit order number shown as the shipper’s number. Inspect all parts for shipping damage as soon as unpacking is complete and contact Norlake immediately if damage is found.
- What should I do if I have freight damage?
- If damage is noticeable at delivery, ask the driver to note the exposed damage on the paperwork, or refuse to sign for and accept the product.
